Take-aways from a great writers conference

I had the pleasure to attend one of the best writing conferences in the U.S. Sleuth Fest, in south Florida. If you want to improve your writing, this was the conference to attend. If you wanted to network, this was it. Great luncheon speeches, ability to talk directly to successful authors, this was your conference. Sadly, it just finished. I learned a great deal, and that is one of the goals of Sleuth Fest. You will go away from it, energized, and full of new information to help you with your quest of putting together a great book. The conference is expertly run and I highly recommend it. Now, it is back to the writing.
