Gone but never forgotten
The voice had the calm reassuring confidence that you needed when you were unsure about your next step. Her advice was on the money and for sure, the best information you could possibly have working on a project.
For the better part of fifteen years, Jean Perwin was my attorney. My entertainment attorney, who listened to my book plots, helped me work on a TV game show, carefully went over my first book contract, listened to my movie ideas and taught me everything she could be the law and my writing projects.
Jean died last month.
South Florida will miss her.
Still, her many clients will always remember the easy way she had about working on anything. Taking the complex and making it easy to understand.
When my next book comes out later this year, the dedication will be written to to her.
Gone but definitely not forgotten.
